SPS has a fully implemented Quality Management System “QMS”.

The application of SPS’s QMS procedures and processes ensures a high standard of service delivery is consistently delivered on time and within predicted costs. Our managers carry out controlled audits on a regular basis. These audits provide results for a statistical analysis of performance throughout the contract period. Any result above the tolerance level set by the specification will require immediate corrective action by our staff.

Performance feedback via communication books and daily contact with our client’s on-site representative, provides our staff with valuable feedback on any area of our service delivery.

In addition to our internal performance assessments we conduct regular meetings with our client’s representative and our Business Services Management Team. These forums are used to discuss any matters affecting the delivery of cleaning services so the provision of contracted services occurs in an efficient and effective manner.
